What is Freeze Dry Technology?

Fruits, vegetables and foods are freeze-dried without any heat treatment.

Fruits are first frozen.

Then they are dried by removing the water in low pressure cabinets. Thus, 97, 98% of the nutritional value of fruits and vegetables is completely preserved.

At the same time, the taste and colour of the fruits remain the same.

After the drying process, a crispy crunchy product is obtained.

There are no additives and sugar additions in these products. At the same time, if the packaging is not opened, it remains fresh for a very long time.

For this reason, it is not necessary to use preservatives to extend the shelf life.
