What is Freeze Dry Technology?

  1. Fruits, vegetables and foods are freeze-dried without any heat treatment. Then they are dried by removing water in low pressure cabinets.
  2. Thus, 97, 98% of the nutritional value of fruits and vegetables is completely preserved.
  3. At the same time, the taste and colour of the fruits remain the same. After the drying process, a crispy crunchy product is obtained.
  4. These products contain no additives and no added sugar. At the same time, if the packaging is not opened, it stays fresh for a very long time.
  5. Therefore, it is not necessary to use preservatives to extend the shelf life.

One of them is an architect and the other is a dentist. 2 female entrepreneurs set out with the aim of healthy nutrition and aimed to bring the freshness and flavour of foods, especially vegetables and fruits, to the tables on the first day by taking advantage of the rich agricultural opportunities of our country by using freeze drying technology, which will play a major role in the healthy nutrition of both this generation and future generations.

In line with this goal, the products were collected at harvest time, frozen and dried with freeze dried technology in cooperation with reliable farmers in the most productive agricultural regions of our country. It was presented to the tables with both healthy, delicious and quality.

Our aim is to present a wide variety of food types to the consumer in the most beautiful way by using this technology and to produce a wide range of products day by day with an innovative approach.
